These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Pet Passenger's pet transportation services. By booking a journey with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.
All bookings must be made in advance by telephone or email. A booking is confirmed only once you have received written or verbal confirmation from Pet Passenger. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
You confirm that your pet is in good health and fit to travel at the time of transport. You must disclose any medical conditions, behavioural issues, or special requirements at the time of booking. Pet Passenger cannot be held liable for any pre-existing medical conditions that arise or worsen during transit.
All pets must be up to date with their core vaccinations. By confirming a booking, you warrant that your pet has received all required vaccinations and is free from contagious illness.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Pet Passenger reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Pet Passenger carries full public liability insurance. However, we cannot accept liability for any loss, injury, or death arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to pre-existing health conditions, aggressive behaviour, or force majeure events.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Pet Passenger reserves the right to update its pricing. Any agreed price for a confirmed booking will be honoured.
Any personal information provided during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
