At Pet Passenger, we believe every journey should be as safe, comfortable, and stress-free as the destination. We’re a family-run business founded by wife and husband team Debs and Jack, built on a lifelong love of dogs.
Like many dog owners, our journey began with one very special dog, Missy, our Jack Russell Terrier. We wanted to give her the happiest, healthiest life possible, so we immersed ourselves in learning about canine behaviour, enrichment, welfare, and wellbeing. The more we learned, the more our passion grew, and what started as a desire to give our own dog the very best life soon became a calling to do the same for others.
That passion led us to spend over six years working professionally with dogs, caring for them as if they were our own and building trusted relationships with both dogs and their owners.
No matter the destination, we provide every dog with a safe, comfortable, and stress-free journey, treating each passenger as if they were part of our own family.
Our vehicle has been professionally adapted with your dog’s safety and comfort in mind. It is fully climate-controlled, fitted with secure individual travel spaces, and operated under DEFRA regulations. We’re fully insured, licensed to transport dogs, and trained in canine first aid, giving you complete peace of mind every step of the way.
We know that life gets busy, and sometimes getting your dog where they need to be isn’t always easy. That’s where we come in. Our goal is simple: to provide reliable, caring transport that gives owners confidence and dogs a calm, enjoyable journey.

Dogs have always been a huge part of Debs’ life, and what started as a passion has grown into a career. With over six years of professional experience working with dogs across London and Cambridge, she is dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate care.

Jack studied animal husbandry in London and worked with leading companies in the dog industry, gaining hands on experience across major businesses in the sector. His love for animals, and dogs especially, has no bounds. Having cared for many of his own, he believes that treating all dogs like they are his own is the most important thing in the world. It's been his lifelong dream to launch his own company, bringing together everything he's learned to create the best care experience possible.

Meet Missy, the 10-year-old Jack Russell Terrier who inspired it all. Shy at first but fiercely loyal, she loves people, adventures, and is always the first to jump into the doggy bus.
As Pet Passenger’s Chief Pawblic Relations & Canine Operations Manager, Missy is responsible for welcoming passengers, quality-testing treats, and making sure the doggy bus is comfy enough for quality nap time.
